Anniversary
today was the anniversary of the closing day on my house, it's been 2 years now. this morning i went to brunch with dave & emily, then pretty much worked overtime all afternoon and night, in order to keep making the payments... i sent off the escrow balance payment, a whopping $3.60. and then i noticed, with my brilliant math skillz that my house payment is actually coming down by 9 dollars a month.. go figure. so i'll keep my autopay the same and eat a little extra principal each time... oh well, i'm tired, need sleepy.

you're crazy... i mean, just think about what you could do with that extra $9 a month... you could, like...
ah, hell. guess there isn't much you could do with only nine bucks a month anyway. might as well keep throwing it into the house payment.
