Santa showed up this morning in his big yellow Pella Truck!! my new windows and doors are here, now i just have to install them...

Well, since Doug and I have taken over american idle (not misspelled) and dr. house night at bill's, and nobody else shows up any more... just thought i'd let everyone know that the garage guitar has been returned... cleaned, re-strung, and set up by yours truly... go by and give it a strum, it's fantastical

storm

Whew, we just narrowly missed the Severe ThunderStorm Activity and baseball sized hail with killer tornados last night..... as it just rained for a while... imagine if we could be wrong at our jobs as often as weathermen (weatherpersons)...

an easter question... as you all know, easter is the celebration of the resurection of a bunny rabbit, which now has the magical power to lay chocolate eggs... Jesus H. Christ... what's the H stand for???

rain delay

friday afternoon is Lawn Day, so i work around the house with the trimmer, then start mowing, i'm mowing at an angle, which looks really good, i rotate 45 degrees each week, yanno. so nichole is making fun of me, taking pictures, as i make my way into the back yard, it starts raining. doesn't phase me, then a few stripes later, it starts really raining... so i mow my way into the garage, clean all the grass off me, go inside for about 10 minutes, then look out the window, it's sunny again... so back out to mowing, finish that up, then washed my car. kinda like some product "By Mennen", i washed that gray right offa my car, it's red again, and all is well.

my pella order is officially placed, i'm excited!! all new fiberglass frame, double-hung, low-e coated, argon filled windows for the entire house, and a new back door with new storm door. they'll be here in 3-4 weeks... duration of installation to be determined at a later date...
